Ingredients
1lb cooked shrimp (tails removed and devained)1tbsp Land O Lakes Light Butter with Canola Oil2oz Rotini Pasta1 cup frozen Spinach1tbsp minced garlic
Directions
Cook pasta according to directions on box. Cook shrimp, spinach, butter, and garlic in a pan. When pasta is fully cooked add the pasta to the pan and mix. Serves 2

    Really good. We increased the spinach and pasta and made it a meal for 4 with fewer calories. A full half pound of shrimp was just too much for us. Great start though. Thanks. - 5/17/10
