156 gram garlic sausage, chopped1 clove garlic, minced6 cups water6 tsp beef bouillon3 large carrots, sliced2 med tomatoes, chopped1 can chopped tomatoes (14.5oz)1 can northern beans (14.5 oz)1 medium zucchini, chopped - med. size2 c fresh spinach, coarsely torn
Saute sausage and garlic until meat is done, then drain fat very well. Add broth, tomatoes and carrots and cook for 15 minutes. Add northern beans and zucchini and cook for 15 minute. Remove from heat and stir in spinach and let set for 5 minutes to cook spinach.
Makes 6 servings about 1 1/3 c per serving.
