Best ever banana nut bread

Ingredients
1-3/4 cup all-purpose flour1-1/2 cup sugar1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1 egg2 egg whites1 cup ripe bananas, mashed1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce1/4 cup reduced fat buttermilk plus 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp canola oil1 tsp vanilla extract1 cup nuts, chopped
Directions
Preheat oven to 325. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt. In a separate bowl, stir together egg, egg whites, banana, applesauce, oil, and vanilla extract. Stir wet ingredients in with dry ingredients, until just combined. Fold in nuts of your choice. Pour into greased bread pan and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean. Enjoy!
