Chicken breast, no skin (cooked)Del Monte diced tomatoes, no salt addedScallionsOnions, rawChili PowderOld El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix (40% less sodium)La Victoria Green Salsa Jalapena SauceBrown Rice (Long grain boil in bag)
Prepare brown rice, drain, put in skillet. Chop onion, add to rice in skillet. Add chili powder, water (3/4 cup), simmer over medium heat. Add diced scallions, La Victoria Green Salsa Jalapena sauce. Stir mixture, let simmer. (I season mine to taste, this is spicy, to make less spicy version omit the La Victoria Green Salsa Jalapena Sauce.)
