1 small frozen Banana cut in chunks3 one inch chunks of fresh pineapple8 oz Almond breeze, unsweetened Vanilla 1 cup plain lowfat organic yogurt
Directions
blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and frothy.

    Sounds good and looking forward to making this, but I think the fat count is too high. The Almond Breeze is only 40 calories and 3 grams fat for 8 oz, and I don't see how you can get more than 7g from the rest, so double check, maybe? I plan on using fat-free yogurt, too.
