1/3 C Milk1 lb extra lean ground beef1 large egg1/2 tsp each marjoram, oregano, thyme3 T grated Parmesan Cheese1/2 C bread crumbs
mash it all together well. Divide in 1 inch balls. Bake for 20 minutes (or until brown) at 325. Add to marinara sauce.

This was a great little recipe,uncomplicated and I had all the ingredients on hand. I made my meatballs small so I got approx 40 which came out to 4 per serving which is perfect and because it doesn't use a particular sauce these can be frozen and used at a later time for spaghetti, sub sandwich - 12/12/16
