Salmon patties

Ingredients
1 10oz can Member's Mark Salmon Fillet portions1 large egg1/2 c Progresso bread crumbs (plain or italian)
Directions
Drain salmon. Mix w/ bread crumbs and egg. Make into 3 equal size patties ( like a hamburger). Spray nonstick pan w/ canola spray oil. Brown and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes. Turn heat to low and turn patties to other side. Let cook for 10 minutes.
