Apple and Gorgonzola Pizza

Ingredients
Pizza Dough Crust for 12 (recipe on spark)Pesto Herb Sauce (recipe on spark)1-2 apple, thinly sliced (if large just one)2 tsp cinnamon1 cup sliced onions1/2 cup chopped walnuts 1 cup sliced mushrooms5 - 6 cloves garlic (can be roasted)6 oz Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
Place pizza crust dough on a medium baking sheet. Brush with half of pesto herb sauce recipe. Top cheese with apple slices. Sprinkle with walnuts, onions, mushrooms, cinnamon, garlic and Gorgonzola cheese.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
Serves 12 pieces.
