Ingredients
Cheese tortellini cooked 850gMilk 1% 2 cupsTomato paste 2 TbsParmesan cheese 6 TbsSpinach 50gMushrooms 70gShallots 1 cup
Directions
Cooked the pasta as directed.
Put the milk ,cream cheese & tomato paste in a pan and stir until all has melted. Add the Parmesan cheese. Add the rest of the ingredients.
Once the pasta is ready, mix with the sauce.
Serve
