Taco Salad

Ingredients
1# 93% Lean Ground Turkey1 Medium head iceberg lettuce1 15 oz can Red beans1 c 2% Shredded Cheddar1/4 c Taco Seasoningwhite corn tortilla chipssalsalite sour cream
Directions
Brown & drain ground turkey. Add taco season and prepare as directed on package. Breakup head of lettuce into a large bowl. Drain 1/2 of juice from red beans & add to lettuce along with the shredded cheese & stir together. Add turkey mixture to lettuce. Top with tortilla chips, salsa, & sour cream
