Canteloupe Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup of small diced canteloupe2 tbsp plain low-fat yogurt1/4 cup 2 percent milk ( lactaid 2% for those who are lactose intolerant.)1tsp Spenda
Directions
Dice up canteloupe and put it into the blender. Add in yogurt, milk and sugar. Place lid on blender and blend for 30 seconds. Pour into cup and serve. May be chilled before serving, if desired.
