Best stuffing ever

Ingredients
1 cups chicken broth low sodium12 stalks celery diced1 large onion1/3 stick butter2 cloves minced garlicone package Pepperidge farms country style stuffing mix2 tbsp zadies original seasoninggarlic
Directions
Pulverize 1/2 celery and 1/2 onion in food processor. Chop remaining celery and onion into small dice. Mix celery, garlic, and onion with chicken broth and butter and bring to a boil in sauce pan for 30 minutes. Add Zadies seasoning. Pour over stuffing cubes and stuff in turkey. Any remaining can be cooked in casserole dish in 350 oven for 30 minutes or in crock pot on high for 2 hours and mixed with stuffing from turkey.

    the reason your calories are so low, if you look at "Ingredient Details" you have 8 stalks of celery and 12 cups of celery... probably should have some stuffing mix in there somewhere instead of celery twice?? Just wanted to let you know! - 2/15/09

    Thanks! I just changed this the other day and I must have accidently deleted the wrong ingredient when I changed the amount of celery.
