On the Go Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients
2 slices bread1 egg - I used egg white only1 serving of lean ham1 slice cheese1 Tablespoon of jelly
Directions
Spray a microwave safe bowl with non-stick cooking spray. Crack the egg white into the bowl, and discard the yolk. Place in microwave and cook on high for 1 minute. If too runny for you, cook an additional 15-30 seconds, or until cooked enough for your taste.

Toast the 2 slices of bread in the toaster. When bread is toasted to your liking, place the jelly on one slice of toast, and add the egg, cheese, and ham, and top with the other piece of toast.

Makes a great breakfast sandwich in just a few minutes, with only 1 bowl to clean up.
