Rolled oatsPumpkin seedsSunflower seedsAlmondsPrunesHoney Low fat milk/ soy milk
Directions
Grind equal amounts of seeds in the blender, and store in fridge. Add 3 spoons to your oats, prunes and honey. Add milk.

This is rich in many things, and tastes absolutely delicious.
