Homemade Greek Yogurt

  • Number of Servings: 8
Ingredients
1 qt whole milk and 1 qt nonfat dry milk and 2 cups water(I like mine with fat in it, you could use 2% instead of whole for less fat)
Directions
heat milks to 170F
let cool to 100F
add 1/3 cup pre-made yogurt as starter
mix well
incubate for 7-8hours in warm, dark place

Strain yogurt overnight through coffee filters
