Honey Garlic Ribs

Ingredients
- 4 pounds pork spareribs, cut in serving size - 1/4 teaspoon pepper - salt - to taste - garlic powder - 1/2 cup honey - 3 tablespoons cider vinegar - 1/4 cup soy sauce - 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
Directions
Season spareribs with salt, garlic powder, and pepper; arrange in a 13x9x2-inch baking dish.

Cover with foil and bake at 325° for one hour, or until tender; drain off all liquid.

In a saucepan, combine honey, vinegar, soy sauce, and garlic. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for about 5 minutes.

Drizzle honey mixture over spareribs and bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes, basting frequently.
