Chicken Bacon Cheddar Calzone

11 oz Water2 tbsp Olive Oil1.5 cups White flour1.5 cups Whole Wheat flour2 tbsp sugar1 tsp salt2 tsp yeast____________1 cooked chicken breast, diced3 slices turkey bacon, browned and crumbled1 cup shredded low fat mozzarella cheese1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese1/4 cup pasta/pizza sauceVeggies if desired (onions and peppers go well with this recipe)
Put the dough ingredients in the breadmaker according to directions (liquids, then flours, then sugar, salt and yeast in a little well in the middle). Set Breadmaker to "Dough" setting and start machine.
While dough is being made prepare chicken breast and turkey bacon, if not already cooked and chopped up. Chop up any veggies.
Preheat oven to 350F
When dough is done, turn onto floured surface and knead until elastic.
Spray a pan with cooking spray and spread dough evenly over pan.
Spread pasta sauce in middle of dough leaving at least 1.5 inches from outside all the way around. Pile chicken, bacon and cheeses on top of sauce.
Carefully fold the edges of the dough over the filling and pinch at the top to seal. Be careful not to tear the dough.
Cook in oven for 1/2 hour - 45 minutes or until the crust is evenly brown and slightly hollow sounding when tapped. Remove from pan and slice.
