Ingredients
2 links Italian Sausage (pork or turkey)1 cup diced potatoes (1/2 inch dice)3 cups chopped kale1/8 cup diced onion2 bay leaves2 chicken bullion cubes6 cups water
Directions
Remove sausage from casings, crumble and brown in a soup pot over medium heat. Add onions and cook until translucent. Add remaining ingredients and simmer over medium low heat for 30 minutes. Add crushed red pepper to taste. Serves 6
