Libby's Italian Style Kashi Pilaf

Ingredients
1 packet Kashi Original Pilaf1 medium onion2 large tomatoes5 cloves garlic1/4 cup olive oil1 Tbsp basil1 Tbsp oregano1/2 tsp garlic salt3-4 Tbsp water
Directions
Add olive oil, onion, garlic, basil and oregano to a non-stick skillet. Cook on medium heat 10-15 minutes, until onions are tender. Add tomatoes, Kashi pilaf and 3-4 Tbsp water. Simmer until pilaf is heated through. Add garlic salt to taste. Makes approximately 3 1-cup servings.
