Alfredo Shrimp

Ingredients
1 lb. ShrimpFor Sauce:1 T. Smart Balance Light Butter2 Cloves Garlic1/2 C Diced Onions1/2 C Sliced Mushrooms3 T Flour2 C Fat-Free Half 'n Half1/2 C Part Skim Kraft Mozzarella1/4 C Shredded Parmesan
Directions
Defrost shrimp by placing in a colander and running cool water over them. Drain and pat dry.

Combine butter, onions and mushrooms. Saute until onions are soft. Add garlic. After two minutes, stir in flour, then half 'n half. Next add the cheeses. Add shrimp and cook over medium-low until shrimp is warmed through. Serve over pasta!
