Morning Power Shake

Ingredients
1 cup vanilla soymilk.5 cup water.75 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries.75 cup frozen unsweetened blueberries1 scoop vanilla soy protein powder2 tbs ground flaxmeal2 tsp sugar or honey, if desired for sweetness
Directions
Pour liquids into a blender, follow with the dry ingredients then your frozen fruits. Blend on high for around one minute or until everything is well blended. If your fruit is not very sweet, blend in a few teaspoons of sugar or honey.
