Baked Fish with Wine

Ingredients
1/2 cup chopped celery1/4 cup green pepper4 orange roughy or tilapia fillets3/4 tsp lite salt1/4 tsp leaf rosemary, crumbled1/4 tsp pepper1/4 tsp paprika1 medium-size tomato, sliced or diced1/2 cup chopped green onions1/4 cup dry white wine
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Sprinkle celery and green pepper in shallow baking pan. Arrange fish over celery, slightly overlapping. Sprinkle with salt, rosemary, pepper, and paprika. Top with tomato and onion. Pour wine gently over fish. Bake 25 minutes or until fish flakes.
