Porcupine Meatballs

Ingredients

1.5 lbs of lean ground beef1 cup white rice2 tbsp Garlic Powder1 tbsp Dried Rosemary2 tbsp Dried Basil2 tbsp Dried Oregano1 10.75 oz can of Tomato Soup1 cup Water
1. Mix together all ingredients except soup and water in mixing bowl
2. Form mixture into meatballs and place into pressure cooker.
3. Pour soup and water over meatballs
4. Close pressure cooker and heat to gentle rock.5 cook at gentle rock for 10 min
5. Gently cool pressure cooker with warm water until steam is released.
Enjoy with your favorite vegetable.
