Dijon-Crusted Haliut

Ingredients
Bread crumbsOlive oilDijon mustardGarlicSaltPepperHalibut
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 450. combine bread crumbs and 1 T olive oil. Microwave for 1 minute until crumbs are golden brown and crisp. stirring after 30 seconds.
2. Whisk mustard, garlic, salt, pepper and remaining 1 tsp oil. Place halibut in a pan and spread 1 tbsp mustard mixture onto each fillet. press bread crumbs onto mustard mixture.
3. Bake 11-13 minutes until halibut flakes easily with a fork and crust is golden brown.
