Carrie's Cool Cucumber & Tomato Salad

Cucumber (with peel), 1 cup slices (remove)Red Ripe Tomatoes, .50 large whole (3" dia) (remove)Onions, raw, .25 cup, sliced (remove)Kraft Light Done Right Italian Salad Dressing, 1 tbsp (remove)Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)Cider Vinegar, 1 tbsp (remove)Salt, .50 tbsp (remove)Pepper, black, .50 tbsp (remove)Avocados, California (Haas), 0.50 fruit without skin and seeds (remove)
Chop Cucumber & Tomatoes (medium sized wedges). Slice Onions. Place first 3 ingredients into a medium sized bowl. In small bowl combine Kraft Done Right Italian Salad dressing, cider or red wine vinegar, olive oil, salt (I use Garlic Salt) and pepper - wisk together. Pour dressing mixture over salad and gently combine. Place avocado wedges throughout the salad. Cool in the fridge for at least one hour. Serves 4.
