Stir Fry Tofu with Baby Bok choy

Ingredients
* Tofu, extra firm, 1 block * *Bok Choy, raw-shreaded, 1.5 cup * Onions, raw, 1 small * *Soy Sauce, 3 tbsp * *Canola Oil, 3 tbsp
Directions
Cut the tofu into pieces depending your personal preference.
Baby bok choy, should be rinsed after cutting the bottom of the of stems.

Heat 3 tbsp. of oil. add the tofu. Cook until brown or to personal preference. Add the sliced onions. cook for another 3 minutes. Add the baby bok choy, and cook for another 2minutes or until the bok choy is tender to personal preference. Add the 3 tbsp. of low sodium/kikoman soy sauce.

Serve over brown rice and enjoy.
