Paprika-Schnitzel with Mushrooms

Ingredients
2 pork chops (about 145g each)1/2 medium onion, diced200ml water50ml half & half cream1 small can mushrooms1 tbsp paprika1 tbsp olive oilcornstarchsalt, pepper, cayenne pepper to taste
Directions
Season pork chops with salt, pepper, paprika. Heat skillet with olive oil and fry the chops until done. Remove the pork chops from the skillet, add onions to the skillet and sautee until tender. Add half & half, water and let it come to a boil. Thicken the sauce with cornstarch, add more salt, pepper, paprika if needed, add the mushrooms and the pork chops until warmed.
Serve with brown rice or potatoes.
