Ingredients
5 DRUMSTICKS4 DASHES OF SALT8 CRUSHED CLOVES OF GARLIC7 TBSP ROSEMARY2C BELL PEPPERS2C ONIONS2TBSP CHILI POWDER2TBSP PAPRIKA1TBSP EXTRA V. OLIVE OIL
Directions
Place cleaned drumsticks into a baking dish. Add salt, rosemary, paprika, chili powder, onions, peppers, and olive oil. Toss around, cover and refrigerate for 1 hr (preferably overnight).

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Brown Chicken only in skillet on all sides on high heat on stove. Rearrange chicken to be placed on top of the veggies in baking dish. Add water to baking dish--about 1/2 in. Bake in oven for 2 hrs, or until meat is nearly falling off bones.
