Garden Crunch Bran Muffins

1.5 Cups Kellogg's All-Bran1.5 Cup Non Fat Milk1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour1 celery stalk1 Cup chopped apple 1 Cup chopped carrotts2 egg whites1/2 Cup Molasses 2 tsp Baking Powder1 tsp baking soda1 tsp cinnamon
Soak All-Bran in milk, add other wet ingredients
to the All-Bran mixture. Add Molasses, egg whites to the milk /All-Bran bowl. Chop one medium apple into small pieces. Chop carrots & celery into small pieces. (You could use a food processor for this part if you like.) Add chopped apple and carrots and celery to the All-Bran mixture. Add cinnamon, flour and baking soda and baking powder. Stir together. Spray muffin tins with Pam or use paper liners. Bake at 400 for 18 minutes.
