Healthy Banana Nut Muffins

Ingredients
5 mashed bananas1/4 cup of skim milkdash of vanilla (1/2 t)2 T flaxseed8 T water2 cups of flour1tsp of baking soda1 dash of salt1/2 cup of walnuts
Directions
Mash the banana's good and add the rest of the liquid ingredients and mix well. Grind the flaxseed and mix in water very well. Add to the banana mixture

Mix together all dry ingredients.

Add liquid ingredients and mix only until combined (over mixing is bad).

Heat to about 325-350 and bake in greased muffin tins for about 20 minutes (or until you stick in a tooth pick and it comes out clean). I get 12 muffins out of this recipe.
