Ingredients
1.5 cup of mixed grains (I picked oatmeal because it's cheapest)1 cup dried fruit15 egg whitesCinnamon to taste3x21g packets of peanut butter
Directions
1. On Sunday, mix the cereal and dried fruit in a big container.
2. Every morning, measure out 1/2 cup of the mix, whisk in three egg whites and lots of cinnamon and other spices
3. Microwave to your preferred consistency, until egg white is cooked
4. Top with peanut butter
5. Eat and enjoy being full.

    I don't like peanut butter, so I leave that out, but I do love the egg whites in the cereal. The texture is wonderful, it's very filling, and has extra protein without the extra fat. Thank you! - 2/25/09
