Broccoli Pineapple salad

Ingredients
5 cups finely chopped fresh broccoli1 can pineapple tidbits (drain well)1 cup grated cheddar cheese1/2 cup finely chopped leek (or green onion)dressing1 cup mayo3 Tbls Red Wine Vinegar3 Tbls sugar
Directions
Put chopped ingredients in large bowl.

in small bowl mix mayo, sugar & vinegar for dressing.
pour over chopped ingredients and mix well.
put in refrigerator til ready to serve.


Serving size is figured at 1/2 cup serving.

Makes a large batch. I use it for potlucks & parties.

    Goes great with fish, I also added shredded carrot. - 2/8/18
