Baked Flounder with Lemon Soy Vinaigrette

Ingredients
4 Flounder fillets (about 4-5 oz each)1/4 C Fresh Lemon Juice1/4 C Soy Sauce1/4 C Olive Oil2 Cloves Garlic1 tsp sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 450

Place Flounder in glass or cermaic dish in a single layer
Whisk remaining ingredients until emulsified
Pour evenly over fish
Bake uncovered for 10 min per inch of thickness
or until fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork

Use sauce left in the baking dish as a topping for side dishes such as rice or vegetables

    I LOVE having sauce so that I can put it over my rice & mix in steamed veggies as well. I'm curious to try this out & due to the saltiness, will maybe take down some of the soy sauce. - 7/11/11

    Very tasty but it seemed a bit salty (because of the soy sauce). Using the sauce let me avoid putting butter on the vegetables though (broccoli and asparagus) so a success overall! - 9/15/09

    Delicious and easy! Even my husband liked it! I'll probably lower the volume of all the liquids next time, made more sauce than I felt was needed, but the flavor was spot-on. - 7/30/14

    After reading the previous review... I did cut back on the soy. Hubby found it a bit too lemony, but will def make again. (lower on the lemon)
