Egg, fresh, 1 large Milk, 1%, 3 fl oz Vanilla Extract, .5 tspCinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Bread, whole wheat , 3 slicesButter, salted, 1.5 tbsp Sugar Free Syrup
1. Break egg into bowl. Add milk, vanilla and cinnamon. Beat until blended. Pour in to shallow dish.
2. Put bread slices into mixture. Let sit a few moments. Turn bread over and let sit for a few more moments.
3. Put 1 tsp butter in skillet. Put skillet on stove with heat on medium high.
4. When butter melts, pick up bread and put in skillet. Fry until brown, turn over for other side. (about. 3 minutes)
5.Serve hot with syrup.
