2 cups cooked egg noodles1 can tuna in water, drained1 1/2 cup peas. cooked1 tbsp. margarine1 tbsp cornstarchsalt and pepper1 cup nonfat milk
Serves 2
In a large pot combine pasta, tuna and peas, keep warm.
In a saucepan melt margarine over medium low heat. Add cornstarch, raise heat to medium, and cook, whisking constantly for 2-3 minutes until just starting to change color. Add milk and continue whisking. Season with salt and pepper and cook until thickened. Pour sauce into pot with other ingredients and heat thoroughly. Enjoy!
