Tuna Casserole with butter beans

Ingredients
1 can butter beans1 can white tuna 1 T olive oil1/4 t garlic powder1/4 tsp vegit3 T parmesan cheese
Directions
Prehat oven to 425. Drain beans keep 1/3 cup liquid. Put beans drained tuna and reserve bean liqiuid into bowl. Mash together Add spices. Place into small casserole. Sprinkle cheese over top . Bake 20 minutes. Good make ahead casserole

    What is vegit? Is it short for vegemite. If it is, not so healthy as vegemite is load with sugar and salt - 8/4/09

    vegit is all purpose seasoning is made from special yeast grown on blackstrap molasses, kelp, hydrolyzed protein, toasted onion, dill seed white pepper,celery, parsley, papain ,mushroom powderorange lemon peel oregano sweet basil marjoram, rosemary and thyme . No salt no sugar no MSG.
