This is a quick and easy meal that's good for adults and children. You can add veggies to the mix OR eat them alone, or with rice, pasta, salad, or some low-fat dressing. Ingredients

    1 tsp canola oil
    5oz can of tuna
    1 large egg
    1/3 c bread crumbs

    Salt, pepper, paprika to taste

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients except for oil
2. Preheat a non-stick griddle or frying pan
3. Form mixture into patties - you can make 5 small ones, 1 big one, whatever you prefer
4. "Fry" patties for about 3-5 minutes - until golden brown and egg is cooked, flipping at least once
