Grainy French Toast

Ingredients
1 slice Arnold Grains and More Double Protein Hearty Multigrain Bread1/4 cup skim milk1 large egg1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon2 Tbsp Smucker's Sugar Free Breakfast Syrup
Directions
Spray cooking pan with non-stick cooking spray. In a wide bowl, beat egg with skim milk. Submerge bread into egg mixture, turning to coat both sides. Allow to soak up all the egg mixture. (May be covered and refrigerated overnight). Heat pan, cook bread on both sides till browned and center has set. Enjoy with syrup. (Variation, make fruit compote to enjoy over french toast.
