Sweet and Sour Stir Fry

Ingredients
One bell pepperOne carrotOne bunch of broccoliOne onion12 ounces deli turkey breastl/4 package firm tofu4 slices Pineapple - no sugar added1 cup Mandarin oranges - no sugar added6 ounces pasta - your choice
Directions
Chop all ingredients to a fairy uniform size. I try to get a cube between an inch and 2 inches. Steam the vegetables with a little water to get the hard crunch edge off. While this is going on, start the water to boil for pasta. Cube tofu and turkey. When you drop the pasta into boiling water, add the tofu and turkey to the vegetables. When pasta is just ready, blend a tablespoon of corn starch to a little vinegar and stir into vegetable meat mixture to create a thicker sauce. Toss all ingredients together and enjoy.
