Ingredients
1 tangerine2 slices of white bread1 tablespoon regular Kraft miracle whip1 slice of swiss cheese1 slice of American cheese1 slice of cheddar or colby cheese, low fat1 cup slied green bell peppers1 cup skim milk
Directions
Put the tablespoon of mayo on the 2 slices of bread, add the slice of swiss the slice of American, and the slice of colby/cheddar in no particular order. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cut 1/4 of a green bell pepper in strips, pour 1 cup of milk in a glass, peel the tangerine and you're ready to go! Put in a lunchbox and buy a carton of milk through the cafeteria line, and you can take it to school and or work.
