Green Snap bean and Capsicum Casserole

1 medium onion chopped3 cloves garlic4 ripe tomatoes grated for pulpgrams green beans any kind except snow peasquarter cup olive oil 1 red bell pepper
Grate tomatoes for pulp set aside
Chop garlic and red bell pepper
In a medium saucepan add chopped onion and garlic and sauté for a minute
Add green beans and 'sweat them' for a few minutes until they are bright green
Add tomato pulp and salt and pepper to taste and cook until beans are to your liking about 20 minutes or so
Serve with baked veges and a good bread
