Reduced fat Clam sauce

Ingredients
*Extra Light Olive Oil, 2 tbspGarlic, 4 clovesWhite Wine, 4 fl oz Parsley, 2 tbspDoxsee all natural clam juice, 4 tbspChicken of the sea whole baby clams, 5 oz
Directions
saute the garlic in the olive oil. Once softened, add wine, clam juice and clams. cook on medium about 5 minutes, then add chopped parsley. Let this reduce by half and serve over pasta.
