1 can of light tuna in water (drained)1 large eggonion powder.25 c Parmesan.25 c Cooked Peas
Combine cooked tuna, peas, onion powder, parmesan and egg in a bowl. Add butter to pan and drop spoonfuls of tuna mix into your skillet. Flatten with spatula and allow to fully brown on the bottom before you turn (usually you know when you can move the once liquid like tuna mix around in a solid pattie). Turn over and allow to cook a few minutes.Brown that side and then serve. Enjoy! 1-2 serving! (calculated for 1)
