Ingredients
2 cups Sugar3 cups Flour2 t Baking Soda1 t Salt, (remove)3/4 cup Oil2 t Vanilla 2 T Vinegar6 T Cocoa6 cups cold water
Directions
Stir in dry ingredients, mix in oil, vanilla and vinegar then pour cold water over mixture and mix well. Bake in 9 x 12 pan for about 45 minutes (until toothpick comes out clean) in 350 degree F oven
