Gosh - this reminds me of a pancake that I had 30 years ago when I was working as a nanny for a Jewish family. Grandma made made these for breakfast & I was honored that she allowed me to help her in the kitchen (not being Jewish myself). She taught me some great recipes! - 1/30/12

I made this using 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 cup egg whites and 1/4 cup flour. This made the batter a little thicker. The pancakes were very good! - 5/25/10

I didn't have egg substitute on hand so I made with 4 real eggs and they came out very delicious! I will definitely make these again! : ) - 11/23/08
