2 cups of garbanzo beans (chickpeas)1/2 cup of plain yogurt2 tbsp of peanut butter
Directions
Blend garbanzo beans, yogurt and peanut butter for 5 minutes on high. Refrigerate for about an hour before eating. Makes 8 4-tbsp servings.
