Sausage, squash and bean soup

1 pound of Italian Sausage, pork, cut up in slices1 large chopped Onion3 medium carrots chopped2 stalks of chopped celery3 cloves of minced Garlic2 cans of Beans any type4 cups Water1 tsp Pepper, black3 cups of chunked Butternut Squash2 cups Spinach, frozen,2 Chicken bouillon
1. In dutch oven, cook sausage until brown, then cut into slices.
2. pour off fat, stir in onions cook for 10 minutes.
3.stir in carrots, garlic and celery cook 1 minute.
4. Add beans,pepper, water and bouillon.
5. reduce heat, cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
6. Stir in squash and spinach simmer on low for 25 minutes.
Serve; makes 8-2 cup servings.
