Cranberry-Banana-Nut Smoothie

Ingredients
2 bananas- one frozen(take off peel and put in freezer over night) and one freshone yogurt- any kind1 third of a cup of dried, sweetened cranberries(craisins)about 5 ice cubes-crushedone fourth of a cup of pecans(a handful will do)(optional)
Directions
put all ingredients into a blender. blend on high until blending smoothly with little to no irregular sounds. taste. add ingredients if needed. if too thin, add more ice. pour into cup(s). serve immeadiately. another serving option is to put a dollop of fat- or -sugar- free whipped cream on top. enjoy. makes about 2 cup- one big smoothie or two littler ones.
