Seared Scallops with Orange Sauce and Broccoli-Cauliflower Saute

Ingredients
5 ounces large scallops1 1/2 cup broccoli1 1/2 cup cauliflower1/2 cup orange juicecooking spray1/2 teaspoon curry powder
Directions
Coat a nonstick cooking skillet with cooking spray and heat the skillet. Add the scallops and season with the curry powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the scallops are golden brown. Add the broccoli, cauliflower, and orange juice. Cook until the broccoli is a bright green and tender to the fork.

To serve: Spoon the scallops and vegetables into a shallow bowl. Drizzle with orange sauce.
