easy chicken and stuffing

4-boneless skinless chicken breasts1-box of stuffing mix(chicken flavor)1-can of cream of mushroom soup4-ounces of swiss cheese(shredded or sliced)
Spray a glass 11" x 7" baking dish with cooking spray. Place chicken into bottom of dish. Be sure to completely cover the bottom(you may need to pound your chicken slightly depending on the size) cover the chicken with the swiss cheese. In a bowl, combine all contents of stuffing mix and can of soup. Mix very well. With the back of a spoon, spread the mix evenly of the entire top of the chicken and swiss. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for the first 40 mins, then remove foil and cook another 15 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to rest 10 minutes before serving. Cut this (like brownies) into 10 servings and serve in squares.(We have also cut this into 8 larger servings, about 335 cals/serving)
